West Virginia State Police said a man wanted on two counts first-degree murder and one count of first-degree arson was arrested early Friday morning.
Joshua Morrow, 42, was arrested at a home in the 900 block of 23rd Street in Huntington about 2 a.m. Friday morning without incident, according to West Virginia State Police First Sgt. B.K. Wellman.
Morrow is charged in connection with a fire in Wayne County on Monday that killed Britney Brown, 34, and her mother, Erma Brown, 57.
Officials have said the fire was connected to an AMBER Alert issued out of Huntington hours after the fire. Morrow was initially named as a suspect in that, but the 15-month-old child was eventually found safe in Lincoln County.
Morrow is expected to be video arraigned later Friday morning.

West Virginia State Police have named a suspect in the ongoing investigation into a house fire that killed two women on Sunday and asked for public assistance to find him.
Troopers announced warrants were obtained Thursday for Joshua Morrow, 42, for two counts of first-degree murder and one count of first-degree arson after he was linked to a fire at a home that killed Erma Brown and Britney Brown, Morrow’s girlfriend.
The fire occurred along the 2100 block of Spring Valley Drive. The house was fully engulfed in flames by the time Ceredo Volunteer Fire Department arrived.
Investigators have linked the blaze to a report of a missing infant. An Amber Alert was issued Monday for 15-month-old Makynlee Morrow from Huntington, but she was later found safe in Lincoln County.
State Police advise that Morrow is considered armed and dangerous and his last known location was Huntington.
